Smile a Contagious Masks!!
Yeah! smiles are deep contagious and you should be a carrier of it.
Smiling is a simple and common gesture that physically flaring the muscles at the side of mouth but emotionally effect on others through routine. Smile is an expression denoting pleasure, joy, happiness, sociability, amusement. It makes us attractive and confident. So, it is well said that the best dress you can wear is your natural smile.
Smiles! everyone and everything you see around you seems to be beautiful, really beautiful and makes us feel better because other are also smiling with us consciously or unconsciously too. I swear it's infectious like virus: the smile that you give to other will obviously returned at you the same way. Smiling activates, the release of neuropeptides, neurotransmitters, dopamine, endorphins and serotonin which decreases stress level, relaxes the body, lowers heart rate and serves as antidepressant. If you want to be happy, just smile or be with someone who smiles.
"You smile, I smile" is actually a scientific fact for some odd and at present as well. An inexplicable reason is, when we see someone's face lit up with nothing but sheer joy, we just can't stop ourselves from reciprocating. It stimulates our minor neurons to suppress our facial muscles control and triggers a smile. For example, if you're with a friend who look sad, you might 'try on' that sad face yourself, without realizing you're doing so. In 'trying on' yours's friend's expression, you can help yourself to recognize what they're feeling by associating it with times in the past when you made that expression. human exact these emotional message from facial expression in a matter of only a few hundred milliseconds.
Growing evidence shows that an instinct for facial mimicry allow us to empathize with and even experience other people feelings. if we cannot mirror another persons face it limits our ability to read and properly react to their experience. this is a common complaint for the people with central or peripheral motor disease, like facial paralysis from stoke or Bell's plays. Also there are some symptoms in autism where lack of facial mimicry may in part due to suppression of eye contact.
According to the research, there are 19 different types of smile, out of which 6 occurs when we have good times and rest when we are in pain, embarrassed, uncomfortable, horrified or even miserable. The genuine smile appear when we are happy as rewards when we have done something help to our survival and ;non-enjoyment' smiles , when we are feeling less smile. Some evolved as co-operative and non-threatening: other evolved when we let people know without aggression, that we are superior to them in this present interaction. Some may be the polite gesture while following the rules or pretending to follow as, on the very situation we may be manipulating other or distracting ourselves from the true feeling. Smile is a universal symbol of happiness is used as mask. On average, a women smiles 62 times a day, men are said to smile 8 times a day and kids smiles 100 times a day.
As, we all know Mona Lisha's smile is the most famous smile ever and is captured by the art of Leonardo da Vinci as is often described as enigmatic but is actually a classic" Flirtatious Smile". There are other more form of smile i.e. Duchenne smile, fear smile, miserable smile, dampened smile, embarrassed smile, qualifier smile, contempt smile, angry-enjoyment smile and fake smile.
In Nutshell, I believe in the power of smile and in this tough time amidst the covid pandemic it's been my daily goal too. It is the universal sign of happiness and believe it is the ultimate connections between human kind. No matter how big or small it is, if a person is genuine it creates the ineffable feeling in the atmosphere. It even makes the saddest circumstances even better and taught to move on. So, everyone has a right and must wear too.
Thank you!!
